Use this website to learn about Coconut Clean and request a free visit to your commercial premises. Cleaning services are agreed separately in writing.

A preferred time is a request

The calendar collects a preferred date and time in Victoria local time. It does not show live availability or reserve an appointment. A request acknowledgement confirms receipt only. Your visit is confirmed when we have checked arrangements and sent the agreed details.

You can ask for a next-day visit. Timing depends on availability, location and the information needed to arrange it. Please reply to your confirmation or contact us to change or cancel a visit. We will agree a replacement time rather than assume a new appointment.

A free visit, then a tailored estimate

The initial on-site visit is free and does not oblige you to purchase cleaning. We review the premises, discuss your cleaning needs and prepare an estimate. Website examples are general information, not a fixed price, guaranteed scope or promise that every type of work is available.

A cleaning agreement will specify the approved scope, timing or frequency, price, applicable taxes, access arrangements, start date, term, payment and cancellation conditions. The signed agreement governs the cleaning service. A website request, conversation or unsigned estimate is not a signed cleaning agreement.

Information and safe access

Please give accurate business and contact details and ensure you can arrange access to the premises. Tell us about relevant site restrictions or hazards before a visit. We may need more information or decline work outside our area, capabilities or safe working arrangements. Do not submit patient records, passwords or payment details through the visit form.

Website content and images

We aim to keep information accurate, but service details and availability can change. Ask us to confirm any detail important to your decision. Unless expressly identified otherwise, website photography illustrates commercial spaces; it does not identify our customers. The branded crew image is illustrative and is not a photograph of actual employees.

Branding, text and images are owned by Coconut Clean or used with permission or under licence. Please do not reproduce them commercially without permission. External links are provided for convenience and are subject to their own terms.

Responsible use

Do not use the form for spam, impersonation or unlawful material, or interfere with the website’s operation. The website may occasionally be unavailable. If a request fails or is urgent, contact us directly rather than assume it was received.

Law and questions

These website terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable Canadian federal law. Nothing here removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Service disputes are addressed under the signed cleaning agreement and applicable law.
